Made in Northwest Italy, this dried pasta has a unique spiral shape which traps creamy sauces and fresh pesto. For a comforting midweek meal, toss cooked fusilli with a rich ragu made with spicy Italian sausage, fennel and San Marzano tomatoes. In the summer, you can serve it in a pasta salad with mozzarella, piquillo peppers and a zingy dressing.
