Molino Pasini Active Dried Yeast, 500g

Description

Molino Pasini’s dried yeast is just what you need for making pizzas from scratch. The instant dried yeast can be added directly to flour, salt and olive oil to create a dough which needs to be kneaded and left to prove before baking. 

This yeast comes in a 500g packet, but use the amount specified in your recipe. Be sure to keep in a cool, dry place between uses. If you are used to working with fresh yeast, Molino Pasini’s ‘nuage’ dried yeast has the following comparison: 100g fresh yeast = 60g nuage yeast.

Ingredients: Natural yeast (saccharomyches cerevisae); alimentary emulsifier: sorbitane monostereated (E 491). 

Storage: Once opened it keeps for about one month. Keep in a cool dry place.
