Tamagoyaki Omelette Pan
Description
Japanese omelettes, or tamagoyaki, are rolled as they are fried, to form a neat cylinder. This special coated iron tamagoyaki pan, also called a tamgoyaki nabe or makiyakinabe, was developed specifically for tamagoyaki, which cannot be made without one. Hashi cooking chocksticks are traditionally used alongside the pan to help roll the omelettes.
