Gymkhana Butter Masala Cooking Sauce, 300ml

Description

Use Gymkhana’s butter masala sauce to cook a fantastic murgh makhani. Also known as butter chicken, this north Indian curry is comforting and full of flavour.

The sauce is made with slow-cooked tomatoes, fenugreek and Kashmiri chillies. It’s rich and creamy with mellow heat and layers of spice. Pair it with chicken thighs, tiger prawns or paneer to make an authentic curry in minutes.

At Gymkhana’s London restaurant, chicken butter masala is one of the most popular dishes on the menu. Recreate the magic at home and serve it with basmati rice and naan to mop up the sauce.

Cooking instructions:

  1. Pan-fry your meat, seafood or paneer until three-quarters done.
  2. Add the sauce with 2 tablespoons of water and bring to the boil.
  3. Simmer for approximately five minutes, or until your ingredients are cooked.
  4. Sprinkle with fresh coriander (optional) and serve.
