Francois Doucet is a French confectionery company who has been making exceptional pralines, jellies and chocolate treats for over 50 years. They are inspired by Provencale flavours and make their confections using nuts and fruits from Provence. The star of the show is Francois Doucet’s almond praline, which uses a recipe that is over three centuries old.

Ingredients: Raspberry flavoured fruit paste 40,8% (sugar 17,6%, fruit pulp 15,9% (raspberry 7,9%, pear 4%, apricot 4%), wheat glucose syrup, natural aroma of raspberry, gelling agent: pectin, acidifier: citric acid, natural Bourbon vanilla flavour), milk chocolate 20,4% (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk cocoa paste powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavour), white chocolate 20,4% (sugar, cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, milk fat, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavour), almond paste 14,3% (almonds, sugar, stabilisers: sorbitol and acacia gum, bitter almond essential oil), raspberry powder, aroma, coating agents: acacia gum and shellac.
