Prisca Doce De Leite (Dulce de Leche)
Description
Prisca’s doce de leite is a sweet Portuguese milk spread to enjoy straight from the jar. This doce de leite, also known as dulce de leche, is sweet and smooth, with a hint of cinnamon. To make the spread, sweetened milk and cream is slowly heated, changing texture and colour as it caramelises to form dulce de leche.
Drizzle this Portuguese milk spread over churros, pancakes or waffles. We also love spreading the dulce de leche between sponge cakes and macaroons, or over the top of a baked cheesecake.
This doce de leite comes in two sizes:

Ingredients: Cow's milk (54%), cream (water, milk and vegetable fats (soya), sugar, acidity regulator (sodium bicarbonate) and cinnamon
