Casa Marrazzo Grilled Sliced Peppers in Water, 1kg
Description
Casa Marrazzo’s sliced peppers add a burst of chargrilled sweetness to salads, sandwiches, pizzas and frittatas. Naturally sweet and succulent, the red and yellow peppers are a great addition to Italian antipasti platters. You can dice them to make a salsa to serve with fish or blend them to flavour dips, soups and tomato sauces.
For a speedy supper, sauté the peppers with minced onion and garlic, then add a splash of cream and grated Parmesan to make a creamy sauce. Serve with your favourite cooked pasta and garnish with basil and toasted pine nuts.
This large 1kg jar is perfect for batch cooking and professional kitchens
