Sprinkle light, flaky fleur de sel over roast chicken and buttered new potatoes. This is Portugal's favourite salt & adds flavour and texture to green salads and grilled fish.

Add a pinch of fleur to sel to caramel and chocolate desserts to balance out their sweetness.

Fleur de sel has a high moisture content so it melts slower when sprinkled over dishes. It comes in a container sealed with a cork lid prevent the crystals from drying out.

Belamandil fleur de sel is harvested by hand from centuries-old Portuguese salt pans. The salt workers, called marnotos, use traditional methods to collect the delicate crystals. It’s a 100% natural process, without the use of any additives or machines.
