Description

This santoku knife will quickly become a favourite in your kitchen. It’s a versatile all-rounder with an ultra-sharp steel blade. Each knife is handmade in Seki City, Japan.

Santoku knives are the Japanese equivalent of a Western chef’s knife. They’re ideal for chopping, mincing and fine slicing. You can power through meal prep in record time!

Use this stylish santoku knife to dice chicken thighs and mince garlic. The powerful blade glides effortlessly through tough root vegetables.

The knife has an octagonal handle made from waste plastic. The plastic is washed, shredded and melted into the handle shape. The vibrant shades of pink, yellow and orange are reminiscent of fruit salad sweets. No two handles are the same, so each knife has its own unique pattern.

Note: The blade has a very thin edge and is not suitable to cut through bones or frozen food. Please store in appropriate knife storage, like blocks, knife rolls or or knife rails.
