Paring & Utility Knives

Paring knives are smaller knives that are ideal for the more detailed, intricate and precise tasks of kitchen preparation. 

Paring knives are perfect for slicing and peeling fruits and vegetables, as well as removing eyes from potatoes or segmenting fruit. 

You can also get serrated paring knives (sometimes called tomato or sausage knives). These are great for easily cutting through tomato skins, sausages or more resistant and stringy ingredients.
