LoRUSSo Organic Jam

In Chercos, Almería, Isabel and her husband, Biagio, make jams the way we would at home. They:

🍊 Use only the best, 100% organic ingredients from local small-scale growers
🍊 Pack their recipes full of fruit (85%)
🍊 Take out as much sugar as possible (40% less sugar than standard)
🍊 Slow everything down in the kitchen and work in small batches to keep the flavour of the fruit intact. Never adding any preservatives or artificial colours.

The result: incredibly fresh, aromatic handmade jams. Plus, they're gluten-free, GMO-free, and vegan.
