LoRUSSo Organic Artisanal Blackberry Jam, 305g

Description

Organic blackberry jam from Isabel and Biagio in southeast Spain. Made with 85% fruit and 40% less sugar than the norm, expect a traditional soft-set. Pourable, we recommend putting it in the fridge before eating for flavour and consistency.

This jam captures the sweet-sharp taste of ripe blackberries. Pair it with vanilla ice cream or tangy Greek yoghurt. Or, use it to make a fruity coulis to drizzle over a cheesecake.

Blackberry jam makes a tasty alternative to strawberry in a Victoria sponge. Keen bakers can add it to oatmeal bars and blondies.

When the jar is nearly empty, add lemon juice and gin. Shake hard and strain over ice for a refreshing blackberry sour.

Store in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight. Refrigerate after opening.
