Zabà traditional Italian zabaione is flavoured with Marsala. The fortified wine adds notes of dried fruit to the creamy dessert. 

Zabaione is an indulgent pudding made with eggs and sugar. It has a silky texture like thick custard. Marsala adds a hint of acidity that balances its richness.

This gift set contains a 150g jar of zabaione and a packet of nocciolini. Nocciolini are small, crunchy cookies from Chivasso, Italy. They are made with roasted hazelnuts, giving them a sweet, nutty flavour.

Dunk the biscuits in the creamy zabaione. It can be served chilled or warmed gently in a bain-marie. Add fresh berries or sliced peaches for an instant dinner party dessert.

Zabà is a shelf-stable zabaione range created by Alberto Marchetti. Alberto is a master gelato maker from Turin, Italy. The zabaione is made with the same recipe as his outstanding gelato. Alberto combines tradition and innovation with the finest Italian ingredients.

The product undergoes a double pasteurisation process. The jars are vacuum-sealed for maximum freshness. Zabà zabaione is gluten and lactose-free.

Shake before opening. Store in a cool and dry place, away from direct light. Refrigerate after opening and consume within five days.
