Meet the maker: Torres

Torres began in 1969, when Manuel Torres and his wife Ángeles Medel opened a small shop in Premià de Mar, just outside Barcelona. More than 50 years later, the family’s crisps are enjoyed around the world, but their commitment to traditional methods and carefully selected potatoes remains. Alongside their classic salted crisps, Torres has become famous for more adventurous flavours, from black truffle and Iberian ham to fried egg and smoked paprika.
