Sanbaizu Vinegar With Bonito, 180ml


Sanbaizu vinegar with bonito is a sweet dressing with savoury smoked fish flavour. Sanbaizu is traditionally made with soy sauce, mirin and rice vinegar. The additional bonito in this recipe gives it extra umami depth. 

Use sanbaizu vinegar with bonito to dress steamed vegetables. Or season grilled seafood such as scallops or lobster.

Ingredients: Rice vinegar (50%), sugar, soy sauce, water, salt, mirin, kombu extract (rishiri), bonito extract (2%), dried bonito (makurazaki) (0,5%)
