Add Sabarot’s morel mushrooms to pasta dishes and potato gratins to give them a wonderful woodsy flavour. These prized mushrooms have a nutty, earthy taste and a meaty but tender texture. Keep these hand-picked mushrooms in your pantry and enjoy their flavour all year long.

Morel mushrooms can be sautéed in garlic butter or added to creamy sauces for roast chicken or steak. They are delicious on toast or tossed through salads and cooked grains. Use these French morels instead of dried mushrooms in this truffled mushroom risotto or an indulgent ox cheek ragu.

For best results, rinse the mushrooms in cold water, drain and prepare in the same way as fresh mushrooms.
