Pariani’s “Nocciola Piemonte PGI” hazelnut flour adds an intense, roasted nut flavour to cakes, biscuits, chocolate tortes and fresh pasta! PGI Piemonte hazelnuts are grown in northwest Italy and are considered the best variety in the world. Made from 100% hazelnuts which are shelled, roasted then finely milled, this flour has a very fine texture.

Stir through madeleine batters and chocolate torte mixes, sprinkle over chocolate-dipped shortbread biscuits, or combine with hobnobs for a nutty cheesecake base. We also love adding a little hazelnut flour alongside 00 flour when making fresh pasta - once cooked, serve with sweet squash sauces.
