Ottogi jjajang black bean sauce ramen noodles are a Korean classic which make a fantastic speedy lunch. The ramen noodles boast a thick and chewy texture, fantastic at soaking up the rich flavours of the chunjang sauce. Chunjang sauce is a Korean-style black bean paste made with black beans, caramel and salt. The result is a liquid soup which boasts an intense depth of flavour. Pair the noodles and soup with the cabbage, onion and fried potato vegetable mix for an easy meal. 

Keep your ramen classic, or customise with a soy-marinated egg or slices of cooked pork.
