This natural lychee puree makes a great mixer for cocktails. Try adding a few drops of this puree to a glass of sparking wine for an easy, fruity cocktail. Lychee puree is also a useful ingredient in pâtisserie recipes, from lychee pâtes de fruits to lychee jelly.
Funkin purees contain only the best fruit from around the world - no artificial colours, flavours, preservatives or additives. This lychee puree is made from the aromatic variety of Hey Ye lychees from China. The purees come in a pourable pouch with a re-sealable screw top lid for easy cocktail making.
Once open refrigerate and consume within 8 days.
