Japanese Tempura Frying Pot with Temperature Probe & Drip Rack

Use this Japanese tempura pot to fry tempura prawns or chicken katsu. It’s ideal for French fries and salt and pepper squid.

The steel pot has a lid to prevent oil splatters and two handles for safe handling. Inside the lid is a drip rack to drain your fried food. It allows the oil to drain back into the pot, keeping your food crisp.

The pot comes with a temperature probe to take the guesswork out of frying. It will tell you when your oil has reached the perfect frying temperature.

Induction compatible. Made from iron. The pot itself is non-coated, but darker due to a nitriding (heat treatment) process. Lid is silicon coated.
