Gymkhana’s korma cooking sauce is inspired by Mughal-era kitchens. It’s made to the same recipe used in their Michelin starred London kitchen. Add your favourite ingredients and enjoy a rich, creamy curry in minutes. 

Korma cooking sauce is subtly spiced with delicate sweetness. Yoghurt, nuts and tomatoes form a smooth and indulgent base. Cardamom and saffron add perfumed notes that elevate this classic curry.

Simmer chicken thighs, cauliflower or paneer in the korma sauce. Once your ingredients are cooked, garnish your curry with coriander and toasted flaked almonds. Serve with rice or naan to mop up the fragrant sauce.
