For days when you’re not drinking, Emilio is a great alternative to sugary sodas. It’s made with red grape must, spring water and balsamic vinegar from Modena. It’s fresh and fruity with a dry, lingering finish.

The sweet-sour tang of balsamic vinegar gives the drink a unique complexity. It’s full-bodied with notes of ripe red fruit. Serve it chilled or with ice and a wedge of orange. You can also use it as a mixer for long drinks and cocktails.

For a traditional aperitivo experience, pair Emilio with Italian snacks. It’s a great match for antipasti and crispy arancini.

This sparkling beverage is produced by Acetaia Terra del Tuono. The name Emilio honours the region of Emilia-Romagna, where the family-run business is based.
