De Buyer Stainless Steel Saint Honore Piping Tip 11mm

Use the De Buyer stainless-steel Saint Honoré piping tip, or douille Saint Honoré, to pipe whipped cream into the centre of Saint Honorés. The tip pipes large raindrop shapes of whipped cream, meringue and buttercream.
Try our recipe for raspberry and pistachio Saint Honorés, substituting this nozzle for the large round one used in the recipe.
The Saint Honoré piping tip is 4.7cm high with a 11mm diameter nozzle. Use directly with disposable piping bags. De Buyer piping tips have permanent size markings on the side for easy identification, and are designed for intensive professional use.
