Made from professional grade stainless steel, the smoker has four spacious racks. Use it to smoke meat, fish, nuts, cheese and more. The racks are removable so you can smoke larger items like chickens and racks of ribs.

Simply load up the bisquettes, set the temperature and switch it on. You can smoke for up to 10 hours with no need to refill. The digital display lets you control the time, temperature and level of smoke. When the time’s up, it automatically switches itself off.

Dual temperature probes monitor the internal temperature of your food. This lets you choose the perfect level of ‘doneness’. No more overcooked meat!

You can experiment with different levels of smoke. Smoke for longer to give red meat a rich, deep smokiness. Or, add a subtle hint of smoke to delicate fish and seafood. You can even smoke spirits like whisky and rum to make wonderfully complex cocktails.

How does it work?

The smoker’s internal temperature is controlled by a separate heating element, rather than burning wood and coal. The temperature stays constant thanks to Bradley’s unique bisquettes and automatic feeding system. Each bisquette burns for around twenty minutes, preventing temperature fluctuation.

The smoker produces clean, cool smoke for up to ten hours. When a bisquette has finished burning, it drops into a water pan at the base of the smoker. This makes Bradley smokers extremely safe as well as revolutionary in the way they control temperature and smoke

Where do I use it?

Bradley smokers are best used outdoors. They need a natural draft to draw smoke through the chamber. You just need a flat surface and an outdoor socket. The smoker has sturdy feet so it can sit on the floor or on a table or workbench.

You can also use Bradley smokers in well ventilated indoor spaces, such as sheds or garages. Just make sure there is a method of smoke extraction. A standard extractor fan above the smoker would do the job.

When not in use, unplug the smoker and use a waterproof cover.
