How to use syrups

Gomme syrup is a type of sugar syrup with added gum arabic - a natural gum obtained from the sap of acacia trees. Gomme syrup has a slightly higher viscosity which lends it a silkier mouthfeel and its emulsifying properties ensure your mixed drinks stay mixed, regardless whether you prefer yours shaken or stirred.
