Yaren Turkish mixed pickles - 'turşu' - are a the classic accompaniment to a Turkish meal. The salty-sour Turkish pickle mix of cabbage, cucumber, chilli and carrot is great served with grilled fish, kebabs, falafel, or even as an appetiser alone.
Ingredients: Water, cabbage, cucumber, tomato, carrot, pepper, red pepper, salt, acidity regulator (citric acid E330, acetic acid E260), stabilizer (calcium chloride E509), preservative (potassium sorbate E202, sodium metabisulfite E223).
