Use Terre Exotique’s gravlax spice blend to make the popular Scandinavian cured fish dish at home. Created by spice experts Terre Exotique, the mix has a lemony, herby flavour with a touch of acidity. 

It combines dill with sugar, salt and Madagascan black pepper. Timur berry pepper adds a hint of citrus with notes of grapefruit, giving your gravlax an exotic twist.
