Taiwan Tainan Dan-Tsu Noodle, 400g

Description

Taiwan Tainan Dan-Tsu noodles are wheat noodles, traditionally added to broths and soups. Dan-Tsu noodles come from Tainana, a southern city in Taiwan. The noodles are made with wheat flour, water and bamboo salt. 

One of the most popular ways to serve these noodles is in tà-á-mī noodles, a soup snack made with a shrimp broth and minced pork, and topped with a single cooked shrimp. You can also enjoy these noodles with a simple soy sauce and black vinegar dressing, or add to beef soup.
