Sabre Paris is a French cutlery maker, created by Francis Gelb who comes from a family of gold and silversmiths. In 1993 Habitat asked him to design a knife - and his obsession with cutlery began.

Together with his wife Pascale, Francis has built a cutlery design house loved for its usable but striking pieces. Many of Sabre's knives and forks have become design icons in their own right.
