With Nonya Secrets red curry mix, you can enjoy a homemade curry in 20 minutes. Simply combine with coconut milk and add your favourite ingredients. The fragrant paste works well with chicken and white fish like cod and halibut.
As it cooks, the paste releases the aroma of lemongrass, garlic and galangal. Red chillies deliver mellow heat, while shrimp paste adds notes of funky umami.
For a plant-based curry, add tofu or squash to the flavourful sauce. Serve your red curry with jasmine rice and garnish with chillies and lime leaves.
