Nonya Secrets Chilli & Ginger Sauce, 170g


Nonya Secrets chilli and ginger sauce is hot and fragrant. It’s a great match for fish and seafood. Use it to make Singapore’s classic chilli crab dish.

Heat the sauce in a wok or large pan. Add fresh crab pieces and claws and mix well. Then, cover with the lid and cook on a low heat for around 20 minutes. The steam will cook the crab while the flavour of the sauce intensifies.

If fresh crab isn’t available, try making this dish with shell-on tiger prawns. Or, heat the sauce and spoon it over fried or steamed fish. The flavours of chilli, ginger and garlic work beautifully with monkfish and halibut.
