Nihon Shokken’s ramen soup mix is made with soy milk and seasoned with ginger, garlic and sesame for adding deep savoury flavour to ramen broths, as well as a creamy consistency. This pre-seasoned base is perfect for Japanese noodle soups and ramen, or as a seasoning into stir fries and marinades.

To make your soup, add 30ml of soup base to each bowl of ramen and combine with 300ml of water. This 2kg size is ideal for professional kitchens.
