Description

Nihon Shokken’s Japanese dressing is flavoured with wasabi and yuzu citrus. Use it to dress seaweed salads or as a dip for gyoza dumplings and tempura prawns. The large 1l bottle is ideal for catering and professional kitchens.

Use it to add salty umami flavours to a poke bowl of sushi rice and fresh vegetables, or as a finishing seasoning for steamed fish.
