Description

Navarrico artichoke hearts are a nutty vegetable to serve as part of an antipasti platter. Grown in the valley of the River Ebro in Navarre, Spain, these jarred artichoke hearts are partially cooked and trimmed by hand. 

With a slightly nutty flavour, they are fantastic served as they are with a drizzle of grassy olive oil, use them to top your sourdough pizzas, fry them in a light batter and serve with garlic aioli, or gently roast and toss through lemony spaghetti.
