Mymouné date and almond jam is flavoured with citrus and warm spices. Spread it on toasted sourdough to accompany your morning coffee.

Thick and sweet, the jam has a wonderful honeyed aroma. Almonds add a subtle nuttiness.

Use it as a filling for cakes and pastries. You can swirl it into yoghurt and use it to flavour cookies and oat bars.

Date jam is great with savoury dishes, too. Use it in salad dressings or as a glaze for grilled meat. It pairs well with hard and soft cheeses on crackers and crostini.
