The panettones and pandoros are made using a traditional recipe that has been perfected over many years, and with a mother sourdough yeast that is carefully tended.

Muzzi was founded in the 18th Century by Master Muzzi in the Umbrian town Foligno, Italy. Muzzi’s aniseed marzipan recipe proved a great success with the nobility at the time, and his business grew into breads and pastries. Today, the brand makes some of the best celebration breads, panforte and panettone.

Ingredients: wheat flour, candied chestnuts 18% (chestnuts pieces, sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, natural vanilla flavour), chestnut filling 14% (sugar, chestnut paste 35%, glucose-fructose syrup, alcohol, gelling agent: pectin, preservative: potassium sorbate, flavours), eggs*, butter, sugar, egg yolk*, natural yeast (wheat flour, water), rehydrated whole milk powder, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, glucose syrup, flavourings, salt, cocoa butter.
