Kalios 02 extra virgin olive oil is rich and aromatic. It’s made from Koroneiki olives harvested mid-season when they are partially ripe. 

This Greek olive oil is bold and fruity with floral, nutty notes. We love its complete lack of bitterness and peppery finish. You can use it for all kinds of recipes, from simple salads to punchy marinades.

Kalios 02 Mid Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil is available in two sizes:

Swirl this exceptional oil over grilled sardines and fresh pasta. It’s a delicious finishing flourish for homemade dips and mezze. You can use it in dressings or serve it as a dip for crusty bread.

The olives are grown in the Kalamata region of the Peloponnese. Eight generations of the Chantzios family have tended to the centuries-old groves. The olives are hand-picked and cold-pressed to preserve their flavour.

Kalios olive oil is famous for its low acidity (less than 0.3%). Low acidity is an indicator of quality and the care taken when processing the olives. The result is a fresher flavour and an oil rich in antioxidants.
