Description
The De Buyer 20cm non-stick induction frying pan is ideal for gentle cooking and reheating on induction cookers. Slowly caramelise onions or reduce pasta sauces.
The frying pan has a ‘lyonnaise’ profile – this means there are no sharp, straight edges around the rim, so food slides easily from pan to plate. The inside of the aluminium pan is coated with 5 layers of PFAO-free, PTFE non-stick Choc 5 – De Buyer’s most durable non-stick coating designed for heavy professional use.
The base of the pan is AISI 304 ferritic steel, suitable for use on all cooking surfaces including induction. This De Buyer non-stick induction frying pan is 20cm in diameter with a 16.7cm handle.
Hand wash only.
All De Buyer Pans have a convex shape to the base of 1-2%. This stabilises the pan during the heating process and prevents the pan from potential warping.
