To get started you need vegetable oil, 400g stewing meat (beef, lamb, pork or goat – the more marbling the better), one medium onion and one clove of garlic. The set includes a 24g sachet of carne con chile spice mix, one chile de árbol, three chiles guajillo, one chile ancho and a recipe card.
