Description

Master the art of stir frying with the Cool Pal carbon steel wok. It’s much lighter than iron so you can easily move it around your hob. In addition to frying, it’s also great for steaming and simmering.

The wok heats quickly and evenly, browning meat and locking in flavour. Use it to make a Thai curry or deep fry vegetable tempura. It features a stay-cool wooden handle and a helper handle for effortless emptying.

The wok has pouring spouts on both sides. You can transfer soups and sauces without drips or spills. The spouts are also useful for draining oil and water.

Cook Pal cookware is made from the highest grade of carbon steel. It’s produced in Tsubame City in Niigata Prefecture, Japan. This area is famous for the production of cutlery and kitchenware.

Carbon steel is extremely durable and resistant to rust. It won’t warp or stain, even after long-term use. The pans undergo a thermo-treatment process to increase hardness and corrosion resistance. With care and proper seasoning, these pans will last a lifetime.

Note: Thermo-treatment leaves small iron particles on the surface which can stain clothes and kitchen towels. The particles are 100% harmless and won’t affect the taste of your dish.

Not dishwasher safe. Wash in hot water with mild detergent. Use a soft sponge or natural fibre brush to remove food debris. Dry immediately after washing and ensure the pan is completely dry before storing. Do not use to store food. Seasoning required before first use.
