Bravoleum extra virgin olive oil is made from Spanish picual olives. It’s deep green in colour and has an intense fruity flavour. Drizzle it over pan con tomate or padron peppers for a classic Spanish snack.

This award-winning olive oil is produced in southern Spain. The olives are harvested in late September when the fruit is still hard and immature. This is what gives the oil its bold flavour and high level of antioxidants.

Picual olive oil is renowned for its intense aroma. You can expect notes of grass, tomato, almond and artichoke. On the palate, this oil is beautifully balanced with just a hint of bitterness. It’s wonderful for cooking and making marinades for meat and fish.
