Belazu’s sour cherry molasses is a sweet velvety syrup with a sour cherry tang. This glossy syrup has a beautiful balance of sweet and sour. This makes it perfect for both savoury and sweet dishes. Made with dark red kutahya and kadirli sour cherries, this syrup has a fruity flavour with a tart note.
Enjoy this sour cherry molasses drizzled over vanilla ice cream or a warm chocolate brownie. It works wonderfully in salad dressings, or over grilled vegetable skewers and king prawns.

Storage: As our Sour Cherry Molasses is a natural product, it may crystallise with time. Simply warm in a water bath or in the microwave to dissolve. Store in a cool place away from sunlight.-
