The Original Black Garlic

Black garlic is sticky, dark and sweet with a far milder flavour than raw white garlic. It is made from fresh white garlic that is aged with heat and humidity, creating the mellow, soft black cloves. Use black garlic in sauces and marinades, or as a garnish – for notes of molasses, tamarind, caramel and dates.
