Sylt Pickling Liquid

Sylt is a small-batch producer of award-winning pickling liquids. The company was founded in 2021 by friends Ash Ringhus and Temi Olugbenga. Passionate about pickles, they realised that doing it at home can be time-consuming. Their solution is a range of flavour-packed pickling liquids. You can pickle anything your heart desires in as little as six hours. It’s fast, simple and a great way to preserve produce at home.

How to use Sylt pickling liquid:

Select and chop your produce of choice.
Pop it in an empty jar and pour over the pickling liquid. Make sure your produce is completely submerged.
Store in a cool, dry place for 6-24 hours.
When your pickles are ready, keep them in the fridge for maximum longevity.

Sylt pickling vinegar can also be added to dressings and marinades. Add a splash to vinaigrettes for seasonal salads and slaw. You can even add pickling liquid to cocktails. It’s a great way to balance sweetness and add complex acidity.
