Sriracha Black Pepper Sauce Chicken WIngs

This Black Pepper Sauce chicken wing recipe is simple, but we promise you these wings are extra special, and certainly addictive!

This recipe was originally written by our friends at Flying Goose Sriracha.


Ingredients

  • 1.3kg wings
  • 32g corn starch, for dusting
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 red chilis
  • 3 large shallots
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 inches fresh ginger, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 3 tablespoons of Flying Goose Black Pepper Sauce
  • Spring onions, garnish

Method

  1. Lightly dust the wings in cornstarch and add to your baking tray.
  2. Cook wings at 180 C, for around 35 minutes, making sure they are cooked through.
  3. Whilst cooking, prep all your other ingredients.
  4. When cooked, add shallot, chilli, ginger and garlic to a large pan with butter, cooking for 2 minutes. Next add wings and sauce, coating everything in the peppery goodness.
  5. Serve with your spring onions to garnish
