Vietnamese Spring Roll Wrappers 500g


Use Vietnamese spring roll rice paper to make crispy fried spring rolls. Measuring 22cm, these large rice paper sheets can be filled with finely sliced vegetables, juicy prawns or ground pork before being folded into a neat parcel and fried.

Follow these instructions to making spring rolls:

  • Take one piece of rice paper at a time.
  • Submerge rice paper in hot (not boiling) water for 5 seconds, drain off the water.
  • Lay it on a flat surface.
  • Put one tablespoon of stuffing at the base of rice paper, roll it. Fold the sides toward the centre and roll all the way to enclose.
  • Fry the spring rolls in hot oil until they turn to golden brown colour.

Ingredients: Rice (70%), Tapioca (16%), Water (13%), Salt (1%)

Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place. Once opened, place in an airtight container
