Spice Kitchen began around a family kitchen table, with Shashi blending spices by hand and her son Sanjay turning that care into a small business. Their now-famous masala dabba spice tins are inspired by the traditional tins used in Indian homes, where cooking starts with colour, scent and a little daily ritual.
