Description

This Rummo ragu alla Bolognese sauce has a rich, slow-cooked flavour. It’s made by Rummo, one of Italy’s best-loved pasta brands. They use quality ingredients to create a sauce that’s just as good as homemade.

This traditional ragu is made with Italian beef, pork and ripe tomatoes. The ingredients are cooked slowly with onions, carrots and celery. The result is a meaty, savoury sauce that will transport your taste buds to Emilia-Romagna.

When you don’t have time to cook from scratch. Rummo’s ragu is the next best thing. Simply heat it in a pan and add cooked pasta. Stir to combine and serve with plenty of Parmesan cheese.

Serve this ragu with Rummo’s rigatoni or with tagliatelle, as they would in Bologna. You can use any leftovers to make a pasta bake for the freezer.
