This Puglian olive oil with rosemary in a terracotta bottle combines Galantino’s strong and peppery medium olive oil with aromatic rosemary for a fragrant blend of flavours. This unique oil comes in a hand-painted terracotta bottle which makes a beautiful piece of art for your kitchen to treasure long after the bottle is empty.
Galanatino cold-press their oils using traditional methods that have passed down through generations. They are grown in one of Italy's oldest olive-growing regions, which is world-renowned for a premium- quality olive crop with a unique flavour. This Fruttato Medio oil has a smooth and fruity flavour with a peppery lingering finish.
Drizzle this aromatic oil over roasted vegetables or chicken, or use to dress a herby summer salad.
How to open
These ceramic bottles are corked and can be opened with a traditional T-shaped wine corkscrew. The bottle's cork is much shorter than a regular wine bottle, so only a couple of screws are needed to get a firm grip. Pull out in a controlled and slow movement. If the cork breaks, a Cork Stopper will allow for a controlled pour and to preserve the oil.
