Pasta L’Antica multicoloured riccioli is perfect for pasta salads and cosy midweek meals. Native to the Piedmont region of Italy, riccioli is a spiral shaped pasta similar to fusilli. 

Pasta L’Antica uses natural ingredients like squid ink, spinach and beetroot to give the ridged pasta its vibrant colours. Toss the cooked pasta with a slow-cooked bolognese sauce or broccoli sautéed with garlic and pancetta. Add grated Parmesan and a drizzle of chilli oil, if you like.

Made from 100% Italian durum wheat, the riccioli cooks in 7-8 minutes. Keep it in your store cupboard for speedy suppers with authentic Italian flavour.
